Well I was trying to sweeten them with agave and I think that might be throwing me off. Second batch is much improved so I'm gonna see how they are when cooler, but I'm thinking I might have to go with sugar to get a cookie good enough to share (and I don't have enough agave to try again)
I can't wait for this recipe, I want banana nut agave cookies!
Well, I actually ended up using turbinado. They were just too thick and dough-y with the agave. I might attempt again at a later time, bur couldn't get it this time.
I can't wait to see how they turned out!
